How do I stop this? Atp it’s an addiction for me since I’ve been doing it daily for the past 4 or so years, I feel so fucking ashamed now and I do not want to stay like this, no matter how much I try I can’t stop

Im 12 weeks clean in 3 days it gets easy after a while u just go to push through think of why ur doing this and keep that mind
