Skin body fat coloring and thicker lips/shorter philtrum mainly

I had death tier acne scarring pigmentation and texture. Now it’s poreless/top percentile quality with a few shallow normie tier pits that are only barely noticeable under harsh lighting

Cut from 18% to 10-12% and lost my deep nasolabial folds and got some nice zygo projection from the front and side

Also slimmer nose but I had it since spring of last year

Basically I just prettyboymaxxed with a masculine base
