I've changed my minor a couple of times already. I'm doing the easist I can. Going for a BLS (Liberal studies) minoring in psychology. Once I got it I'm free. Can have my life in China back. I'm sick of Cambodia, and forgot about how no matter wherever I've lived I'm always being called back to China.

I'll be able to knock out 30 courses in the next couple months using Sophia Learning and Study.com. Will only need to take 10 courses at the regionally accredited UNI I'll be doing my residency at. It will all be online and self paced. Only 5 of those courses will have to be upper credits, and 2 of those courses will be my minor requirements. So besides the core reqs I'll only have the 8 other credits i'll need to earn at my residency, which will all be electives.

I've learned so much in the last week. Learned how to write a fucking paper. Fucking APA format, lol. Didn't know any of this shit existed. Took me two hours just to figure out how to properly write a citation page. My first paper's being graded right now. Already did one of the four speeches for my public speaking course and aced it (95%). Ready to record and upload my second in a couple hours. Other than that I've already completed two entire courses corses and earned the credits. Did Intro to Nutrition and Conflict Resolution were a breeze. Completed both from beginning to end in one evening.

I hate formal education really. I gotta have the fucking paper to get back to where I want to be and where I want to raise my son though, so I'm finally crossing that bridge.

It's great to hear that you are doing what it takes to go for the life that you want not only for yourself, but for your son as well! You can do it! It's interesting to hear, however, that you never knew about APA before! All of the essays and papers I do are required to meet APA standards, so I am used to it by now. They teach us this stuff in the first hear. You are very lucky to be able to do it all online and at your own pace. But to be fair I do not trust myself at my own pace. I am much too lazy. I am expected to do a minor as well but next year. This year is supposed to be an entire year of learning in combination with an internship but I already messed that up.
