Got frowned at

Just moved into a new neighborhood, a blond girl 5 inches taller than me walked past me on my way home, she was on her phone taking snaps or something and when she looked up to see me she literally frowned at me. Was it because she has never seen me here, do i look to low class to live here? is it because i am ethnic? was it simply i am to short or too ugly?
