I push him really hard, he almost falls but he gets caught by something. He wants to meet with me outside, I said I can't right now because I have job to do but when I'm finished we can talk.

15-20 minutes pass and I go to bathroom, before I open the bathroom door I see him follow me into the cramped room. He then asks me when do I finish work, before I finish my sentence this coward son of a bitch sucker punches me. we wrestle for good 15 seconds and I eventually have him in this position:

Then his namby-pamby milksop friend chokes me from behind and takes me to the ground. I'm left completely defenseless, the vision fading before my eyes.

Do I carry a knife with me ?

optimally a gun, i dont have acces to a gun rn so i usually just carry a knife thats fast to deploy, like switchblade for example, make sure blade is long enough and it needs to be a somewhat quality knife, good and easy opening mechanism i usually just carry it in the pocket of my dominant hand, just choose a place where you can pull and stab in less than 0.5 seconds. If you can you should obviously bring larger and more deadly weapons with you, axe, machete, strong metal things whatever right. And you have to make sure they dont have a gun, if they have one youre fucked, so you should try to pay attention to their hand actions and behaviour, make sure its not an open field position and that you can get away easily.

idk tbh in my country there has recently been a stabbing (not even really self defense) the person got almost killed and the guy got 3-4years so not too bad, obviously you dont want to use your weapons or rather avoid fighting at all, even tho im always perpared to fight i rather try to deascalte, because i struggle controlling my emotions and i dont want to get life setences or some bs.
