got my testosterone results back, next step -> testosterone maxxing

i got 635 ng/dl total testosterone levels, while it is the normal range i would like to boost them as much as i naturally can, what are some good habits that could help me with this? how far could i get without using anabolics?

also, i gotta say (not cope) that for the past two years i have had pretty shitty habits, mostly eating junk food (burgers, fries, cookies, lots of sugar and salt, etc…), smoking a lot (a pack a day), not doing any exercise (just started gym this week btw) and barely drinking water (around 1 l daily in that period, i’m already changing that)
 
post your before after results if you want, would help a lot
 
bro, my test is about 500 at 17, although I lead an ideal "healthy" lifestyle. It's genetics. if you really want to increase the test, start setting it or take medications (dyor)

some people in the forum have actually stated that they improved from let’s say 500 to 1000 naturally by radically changing their routine, do you think they are mostly lying?
 
also, i forgot to say that my sleep routine is shit as well, some days i get 4 hours of sleep, some others i get 10, some days i go to bed at 2 am, some days i go to 7 am
 
This numbers mean nothing. Every body is different and every receptor sensitivity too.
You are good in the normal range so I don’t think that you will have any positive effects of increasing your testosterone within this normal range.

they mostly removed excess fat, increased activity, diet, and daily routine. all. it just promotes natural production, you won't jump higher.

talk to women

take some vitamin supplements
plenty of water
lots of fruits and vegetables

i have been mostly sedentary my whole life, now i’m starting to do something about it, btw already have a nice bf percentage (around 8)

the thing is a feel like i kinda have a way younger face than the one i should have at my age, and i associated that to maybe not so great T levels

you could reach alot, like 1100+. also be sure to stay in the sun alot and take 10.000 D3, but make sure to eat eggs like almost everyday to get your K2 in too, since it helps absorb D3.

yeah i used to test max but for 2 years i fell into some deep self destruction and haven't even hit the gym. now im back on track for 2025 and already doing all of the things i said above, and i feel like i'm on gear lol

That is me but the other way around, i went from 950 to 480, just because i entered school. So its the routine: the low stress NEET routine what rises your testosterone from 400 to near 1000

i gotta say the previous months (like january-february) i was super stressed because of a crazy ass gf i was with and the whole situation, took diazepam almost daily for like almost a month and even got one antipsychotic prescripted for just one day after a kind of a mental crisis i had in late january, previous year was almost the same shit, severely depressed because of narc abuse, god i only engage with mentally ill foids jfl

also the blood test was taken at around 11:30 am, when T levels are supposed to get lower significantly if compared to levels measured at 9 am

sleep is still my main problem, still sleeping like shit but want to solve it up sooner or later since its like the number one factor
 
nonetheless to say i have been like almost 2 months on supplementation, couldnt go to the gym much tbh, eating well, the typical shit, and i do notice changes in my beard growth (now it comes much faster), my hair (it was pretty pretty good, but now its even better, not a single hair falls off when i rub my hand or scratch my head), overall mood and stress, and my libido (i went from never fapping almost to struggling not to fap every single day)
