i got 635 ng/dl total testosterone levels, while it is the normal range i would like to boost them as much as i naturally can, what are some good habits that could help me with this? how far could i get without using anabolics?
also, i gotta say (not cope) that for the past two years i have had pretty shitty habits, mostly eating junk food (burgers, fries, cookies, lots of sugar and salt, etc…), smoking a lot (a pack a day), not doing any exercise (just started gym this week btw) and barely drinking water (around 1 l daily in that period, i’m already changing that)
