i got off braces after a year and now i have to wear retainer for a year too im 17 and i asked my dentist for a palatte expander but she said my face was long so it wouldnt work my parents dont really like surgical shit but i think they could agree to dental stuff what can i ask for that can ascend me

mse is basically your only option at 14 because regular expanders just tilt your teeth whereas this actually splits the bone to widen your midface and fix the narrow look
