DNP SAFETY GUIDE

This is more-so a guide explaining how to run DNP safely accounting for side effects and remedies to ensure you don’t fuck up with methods to mitigate the risk that comes with this substance.

Rules for Use

  1. Start Low:
    Begin with 200mg (powder) or 250mg (crystal) daily for the first 4 days. You can increase the dose after that or maintain it for the entire cycle.
  2. Cycle Length:
    • Keep cycles under 3 weeks.
    • Higher doses (>500mg/day) significantly increase risks.
  3. Hydration:
    • Drink at least 3 liters (1 gallon) of water daily.
    • Add electrolytes and potassium
  4. Avoid Alcohol:
    Alcohol + DNP = Death
    .
  5. Eating Tips:
    • Avoid taking DNP on an empty stomach to prevent nausea/vomiting.
    • Consume an isocaloric maintenance diet.
    • Pineapple is recommended for its fructose and digestive enzymes.

Supplements for Safety

Daily supplementation is critical to mitigate side effects:

  1. Essential Supplements:
    • 2g Vitamin C (antioxidant)
    • 800 IU Vitamin E (antioxidant)
    • 1–2g Pyruvate (may prevent cataracts)
    • 600mg NAC (liver support, may prevent PN and cataracts)
  2. Optional but Recommended:
    • Potassium gluconate (prevent cramping)
    • Magnesium (antioxidant)
    • Taurine (prevent cramping)

What to Watch For

  1. Allergic Reactions:
    • Keep an antihistamine (e.g., Benadryl) on hand.
    • If rashes or hives occur, stop DNP and take Benadryl for 2 weeks.
  2. Peripheral Neuropathy (PN):
    Symptoms: Pins and needles, swollen extremities, loss of sensation.
    Action Plan:
    • Stop DNP immediately.
    • Follow a ketogenic diet and supplement with NAC.
    • Wait 6–8 months before considering DNP again.
  3. Other Side Effects:
    • Dry/sore throat, insomnia, nausea, headaches.

To be fair it is pretty much the most dangerous drug used in the body building world and has killed many legends like zyzz so I can see why.

There’s no reason why DNP can’t be run longer till you reached your desired body fat. Of course if sides are too much stop.

Alcohol + DNP = Death.
I agree, i did it once, and if you don’t die, you will feel like death (just hot asf tbh) Talking from personal experience.

Supplementing is not needed, but also a good safety precaution if you’d like.

If someone experience hives, they can continue using it with the antihistamine, though it may be a safer idea to stop.

Experiencing rash during one cycle of DNP, doesn’t necessarily mean you get it on another cycle of using of that makes sense.

I also used clenbuterol with DNP at one point. JFL (I switched from clen to dnp but clen was still in my system)

It was a night out, was drunk, not to the point of blacking out tho. Hot as fuck the whole night. In retrospect, idk how i’m alive either.

if i’m on a night out, i can’t help it, im fucking drinking, that’s when serious game is dropped.

Need to find an alcohol alternative, such a major looksmin long term, everyone in the UK will look like crap will no collagen given out drinking culture.

That’s very true, last time i was drunk i cold approached a true stacy and the conversation was flowing 🔥🔥🔥 got her number

I’m looking into pregab, normally id alternate to weed bc it actually feels good being high rather then what alcohol makes me feel but both bad for you
