Rules for Use
- Start Low:
 Begin with 200mg (powder) or 250mg (crystal) daily for the first 4 days. You can increase the dose after that or maintain it for the entire cycle.
- Cycle Length:- Keep cycles under 3 weeks.
- Higher doses (>500mg/day) significantly increase risks.
 
- Hydration:- Drink at least 3 liters (1 gallon) of water daily.
- Add electrolytes and potassium
 
- Avoid Alcohol:
 Alcohol + DNP = Death.
- Eating Tips:- Avoid taking DNP on an empty stomach to prevent nausea/vomiting.
