So grape seed extract has been shown to act as a natural aromatase inhibitor: https://www.researchgate.net/public...itor_and_a_Suppressor_of_Aromatase_Expression

If I was to take this at age 17 (but had a late puberty) would it suppress estrogen and therefore make me grow taller and develop for longer?

I don't wanna take actual aromatase inhibitors cos there's very little research done outside women with breast cancer, but seeing as this is natural I could take it.

Why does it make a difference if it's natural or synthetic?
Would you drink Hemlock extract because it's natural?
All that matters is the potency, or how powerfully the substance inhibits aromatase expression.

Lifefuel then, I just need to get the right dosage of grape seed extract. I'd rather take something natural than synthetic, especially cos it's cheaper

2000mg is the dose
Take vitamin E and ashwagandha too if you wanna lower estrogen

It upregulates IGFBP3, not good for heightmaxxing purposes but good for breast cancer or preventing other cancers
