Gravity causes the soft tissues (and potentially hard) to sag with age by consistently pulling (primarily downward) on those tissues. Theoretically, if you spent your life with your face up (as in laying on your back), you would alter the effect of gravity on facial sagging. the issue is that back sleeping compromises the cerebrospinal fluid system, accelerating some aspects of brain aging.

Strap your back to a matress then fasten it to the roof and you will achieve forwardgrowth through the help of gravity.

Works like the facial bow made by Mike Mew innit

I’ll point out that reducing fat mass on the face would reduce the force pulling on the soft tissues.

Gravity may cause a little of that but I think it's mostly the body's repair mechanisms getting worse as you age allowing gravity and other things to do that.

What causes this? Is it a lack of antioxidants or what other reasons?
Also, do you think that if you were overweight growing up, you are more inclined to be affected by soft tissue sagging at an earlier age (than you would've if you were normal weight)?

Not sure but the epigenetic aging really let's collagen and elastin degrade as we get older. Some think it's just part of the purposeful program in animals to limit lifespan to help the species overall.
