This is one of most strange training methods i ever heard about

Principle is to make lot of sets during the day, and low reps , u do max 40 percent of your max for every rep
Key is to never fell fatigue or be exhausted during the sets
For example if u are working, u do every half hour 5 pullups, if your maximum is like 12

This sound retarded a bit, but it seem like this actually works
Google it for more information

why make this post then
shit threda

Sorry i stated all important points, so everyone know whats this training about
I cannot write 3 pages with details here

Might be good for endurance and strength, dogshit for hypertrophy.

True..
But maybe some hypertropthy can occur because u just dont overtrain so muscles are still relaxed
But its hard to believe this may be good for gains
Imagine doing 20x times per day 5 pullups

Nah, the most basic requirement for hypertrophy is overloading the muscles, otherwise you plateau.

What works is training high frequency, up to 40 reps MAX
30/40 reps is ideal for mps.
Mps reduces by half though, if you do 60 reps by reports.

It would be ideal.
If you dont have much time just stick to low reps though

I warm up with sets until 100 pull-ups before back day. This would be impossible for me to do

this is only good for increasing strength through improved technique, nothing more

I can do 287 push ups

Sounds retarded

i whink it would be good for hypertrophy if you were doing high reps instead of low reps
