Temporary? You can argue around 30% of the fat will resorb I suppose, which is why many just overfill to compensate

Its a extra l take as infras will make it more likely for fat graft to fail as its bigger risk of uneveness and lack of blod supply to the grafts. I did infras myself, i wish i didnt if i look at this perspective

Depends if it’s a bone of fat issue. If it’s a bone issue then no amount of fat grafting can save you and implants are the only way
