GREAT Results of fat graft 10 years post op

The fat has maintained really well, even so long after the operation. This is lifefuel for hollowcels, I cannot wait to get a fat graft for under eyes and upper eye hooding. It will ascend me so hard.

I think many people on this forum overlook how effective fat grafts are for achieving the eye shape you would like as well as fixing hollowness.

Her under eyes look SO much more youthful than before, even 10 years later.


Also the sexual tension between her and the suregon is crazy. He definitely slayed her post op:

I wouldn’t risk getting super saggy eyes, I think it would be better to just get infra orbital rim implants, then get a fat graft after. Would give a good result.

I have a neutral orbital vector should i get infras for positive? I’d settle for just a fat graft

In the first pic, a fat graft would not help her. But after the implants in the second pic a fat graft is now suitable to sit on top of the supporting bone.

Some surgeons told me it's possible but idk if they're bluepilled or if you can really skip implants and mimic bones with fat somehow. Mine is just slightly negative i'd say. Also no saddle it's pretty dogshit since you just slap a piece of plastic into ur cheek without wrapping around all the orbits

I think it depends on how recessed your orbitals are. If u want u can pm me and I can give some advice. But I would always try fix the root cause of your lack of under eye support. If the root cause is a lack of bone support, there’s no point in getting a fat graft, but if your bone is fine and u just have no fat, a fat graft will be perfect

Tbh, it is on your neeed actually, if it's skeletal = implants
Soft tissue = fat grafts
If both issues, then combining them both is optimal.

No instead of infra implants, a user on here had a mogger eye area transformation off fat grafting and been interested since
