seems like overkill

depending on what your goal is, a muscle should only be streched a couple of times daily for 30 seconds

streching the muscle in ur neck is proven, bone movement etc isnt

seems legit. and falls in line with skull expansion theory. look up here today hair tomorrow pdf, it’s gonna cost you $30 but he has scalp compression exercises that do similar to what you are saying

the more square shaped skull is the better (in the gif, the better looking skull is also more square shaped)

I already have low set eyebrows, normal occipital bone, not cuck round but neither inbred flat, compact midface but my upper skull just throws off my harmony.

Its nothing deformed or disgusting but it jumps to the eye slightly and it's not ideal. My face shape was built for bangs tbh. I have an above average jaw but it's shaped like a girls + tall upper skull = brutal. Especially since I'm on the maesthetic side

So basically straight posture should fix this?
