Been lurking for a while and thought I’d finally drop a proper thread. I’m 17 turning 18 soon, been obsessed with heightmaxxing for a minute. Started at 5’6, now sitting closer to 5’8. Here’s everything I’ve learned or tried some worked, some didn’t, but if you’re heightcucked like me, this might help.




1. Natural Heightmaxxing (Still Growing / Under 21)

Sleep: At least 8–10 hours. Growth hormone releases during deep sleep. Fix your sleep schedule.

Posture: I used to slouch bad. Fixing APT and doing yoga + wall posture helped me gain visual height. Try “dead hangs” from a bar too.

Stretching: Cobra stretch, cat-cow, downward dog — daily.

Nutrition: High protein, zinc, vitamin D, calcium. Avoid sugar and seed oils. Go full whole-food mode.

Exercise: Sprinting, jumping, squats. Trigger natural GH release.

Supps: Ashwagandha, L-arginine, L-ornithine, melatonin (helps GH), magnesium, vitamin K2+D3 stack.





2. On-Cycle Heightmaxxing (Advanced / Needs Knowledge)

MK-677 (Ibutamoren): GH secretagogue. Can trigger height gain if your growth plates are still open. Needs a long cycle.

GH + CJC-1295/Ipamorelin: If you can afford it (and you're still developing), actual HGH can help, but this is risky and $$$.

Testosterone suppression: Some users on forums tried low-dose anti-androgens (like letrozole) to delay epiphyseal fusion. Not for beginners — can mess you up.

Radiograph your growth plates: Go to an endocrinologist and ask for a bone age scan. Don’t guess — know if your plates are fused or not.

DNR+ 18 and 5'8 is brutal
do star jumps to grow to 6'3 and arm stretching to get big clavs, also dih sucks will grow your bidelt to 50 inches
