idk bout naturally the best thing u can do is lift consistently, eat clean and get sleep, but it's highly debatable how much you'll grow(if u grow a lot at all)
best bet is to save up a ton for hgh and take 10-12 ius a day minimum, other than that idk what else to tell u

it depends, were your parents malnutritioned? you "nerfed by spawn point" indicates that your country may have bad nutrition usually, also, look at other family members, height is polygenic. eat well, dont get injured, sleep well. and you cant surpass your genetics naturally, but what you can do is maximize what you can naturally until you can get your hands on actual synthetics
