Hi. I turn 24 in May and I still have no beard. I don’t think it’s genetics because men in my family have good beards. I believe I might have caused the lack of beard by improper nutrition or maybe not enough testosterone. How can I grow a beard from scratch? I have excluded a beard transplant.
