Growth after non-dominant hand fused?

I recently got a bone scan of my left (nondominant) hand last week. the results came back from the radiologist and my bones had fused there saying that my bone age is 18. Is there ANY possible way that I can grow any more? I am 15 1/2 years old, and i really have no idea what caused my growth plates to fuse so early. should i get a scan by my knee to see if thats still possible that my legs can grow, and if so how could i even reach that potential? if you have any advice, pls tell me what to do.
