Doctor confirmed my epiphyseal plates were closed by looking at an X ray of my wrist.
This justifies what I've been saying for a long time now; except if you're really a late bloomer, or your bone age is young, you won't grow after your 20s. Most men stop growing at 18 or before, the rest is myth.
And for the basketball part, you dumb people really think that it increases height? There are no studies that prove that. I tried and got no results.
I was thinking of actually heightmaxing by taking hgh etc, however I wanted to check my growth plates first, aaaand, too late, it's over.
So take my advice, don't listen to the bullshit you see online, act as early as possible. Growing in your 20s is very rare, doctor confirmed, and stopping growing at 18 is totally normal.
I'll be 5'5 forever, guess I should work on my "personality" and embrace my height right?
