Honestly stoped caring about it for a while now but it comes back every once in a while

I feel insignificant

My daily nutritious intake has been 50% sugar for the past...3-4 years probably, significantly more this year. And I have been growing, but only in height, Its actually very hard for me to gain weight lol.. idk how.. and my skin is super soft and clear despite me being dehydrated 90% of the time.
Now, what would happen if I had a healthy diet...
