Growth plates open on test

yo I’m new to rooiding and am starting test 300 to 400. I already have my protocol down and just have one question. I am still growing vertically and am on hgh trying to maximize my height. What ai and what ai dose is good to keep my plates open while on this level of test so I can continue to grow.

Aight so pretty much blast hgh until I stop growing then run test. Also I though ai delayed plate closure while on test or is this false?
