first one best formatting cuz it has less spoiler spam, really appealing to look at. lowkey it was such a long guide tho maybe you can split it future guides of a similar length into a part 1 and part 2 for example to farm more rep. just an idea idk. also i was a big fan of how you embedded videos and studies and things to support your claims, very high IQ stuff.

the only thing is that there were a few things that i think were formatting errors, like a few instances of these bullet points:
