Modern scholarly consensus is that Paul did not intend to stop the laws regarding the feasts, unclean foods or sabbath. The gospels contain passages in support of the Torah. And I have no idea what verse you could possibly mean with Jesus saying He has come to abolished the mosaic law as there is no such thing. He, contrary to what you claim said that not a dot is to pass from the law.

It does not, that's merely just an attempt to exclude some parts of the Torah as to fit an interpretation that is nothing close to the scriptures.
