yeah, either that or chemical engineering.
Mirin

What field in medicine would you want to work in?
I would love dentistry, jaw surgery, aesthetic surgery basically what Dr Sailer from Switzerland does

What field in medicine would you want to work in?
probably urology, andrology, endocrinology, etc. They have shit pay though compared to cancer research and pediatric surgery.

Do something illegal. Why you ask? It's easy, no college required, you make big $, and the cops are getting defunded.

Honestly i would chose any medicine field that improves both functional & AESTHETICS since people become more and more blackpilled
As a jaw surgeon you only need 1 customer per day and can "upsell" him rhino, implants, facelifts in the same intervention and easily ask for 100k / Day

May I ask why urology?

reproductive health and surgery, good pay, and a decent study.
it'd be my last choice over andrology, endocrinology, or gynecology, I'd honestly do whatever, I'm not bothered. Anaesthesiology is also a really good option, amazing pay.

Urology wouldn't be my preferred choice tbh.. the smells and the sights aren't that great imo. Anaesthesiology is relatively easy but could be considered boring + it's hard to have your own office as an anaesthesiologist.

I wouldn't be doing it for the pay tbh (anesthesiology)
it's high demand in Australia I think, so it'd be easy to get in, plus pharmacology interests me greatly, so it's more orientated towards the pharmacokinetics and pharmacological profiles of the anesthetics.

All a pipedream though, medicine doesn't sound as good as it once did to me.

Yeah medicine isn't what it once was... 50 years ago you were likely be able to become a millionaire or lead at least a very comfortable life.

I didn't mean that the pay is an issue but rather the fact that you'll most likely have to work in a hospital for the rest of your life because it's harder to have your own office (which some people definitely want to have).

But good luck to you

computer science going hand in hand with mathematics is a meme created by people who don't even know anything about cs to begin with. mathematics only matter when you're working with high level programs that require complex mathematical relations and such, otherwise you just need to have a basic understanding of math to do well in cs.
if you're not talented at programming, then i suggest you to become a system engineer. you basically design networks for companies, and since nowadays every company needs a network, you're gonna have no problem finding a job. it's also a decently paid profession

i'm 1 exam away from finishing IT high school. once i'm done, i'm gonna take up a cisco 4 months course to become a system engineer, in the meantime i'll be wageslaving to make some money on my own. once i'm done with it, i'll be assigned from cisco to one of their partner companies so that i can work for them

So since i obviously need to moneymaxx after highschool & studying i have selected 3 different majors that come into consideration for me

1. Medicine

In particular becoming a jaw surgeon which takes 8 years of uni approximately
In my country you first have to study medicine and then dentistry which both takes 6 years to become a jaw surgeon but since the topics overlaps its only 8 years according to people i asked
After that you can directly earn decent money as a assistance doctor and after that you earn a lot especially with your own practice
I could for example take over a practice which makes around 150k € yearly net profit/income for the owner
Since my grades will probably be too bad i have to first pay like 100k€ for med school in Hungary but i would literally earn more than that in my first year being a jaw surgeon / dentist
The uni doesn't matter here
Also as a jaw surgeon you also have the option to become a plastic surgeon and do cosmetic jaw surgery / custom implants for example and earn like crazy in the future with hypergamy rising

2. Computer Science

Here its more about your actual skills than your degree so the free uni doesn't matter that much, also public uni is FREE in my country
To be taken serious its nice to have atleast a 3 year bachelor but again skills matter more than degree / uni
Certain fields like AI Developer / Blockchain Developer / IT-Security / Data Science pay like crazy ~ 100k € yearly
With that earned money its also possible to found a scalable startup and sell it for millions eventually and live in freedom
Without high IQ and maths an logic which i dont have youll fail brutally

3. Economics/Business

Almost everyone studies this, there are very high paying jobs like Mergers & Aquisition Specialist, Fund Manager, Consulting which pay around 60k€ in the first years and 130k € after that
Without an 5 year master at an elite uni and good connections which costs 50k€ - 300k€
You have no chance to get these kind of jobs
You wont earn 60 k euros with a business degree after you finish uni. I have a bba and 2 masters and i am about to finish my phd in stats and i am having a hard time finding a 50 k job. Your numbers are so so wrong boy..

You are probably better of actually working hard and doing something proper with your life. Don't take a job to earn money to moneymaxx cuz you will guaranteed hate your life. All these except finance take years of specialization and dedication.if you want good money go into investment banking even then the money is disappearing fast as jobs decline in finance.

Have you considered STEMmaxxing and studying energy ? You are much better off or if too low iq consider something like consultancy
So much this^

Did you go to a top business uni?
Did you already apply at Private Equity firms like KKR or Blackstone?

I have a bba from a too uni, a masters in corporate finance from a second tier uni and a masters in quant finance from a top uni. Its just that the finance labor market is really small now and competition is really fierce. Oh and i graduated cum laude in all my degrees (top of the class in all of them)

If you dont have contacts, i mean really important people, you will probably ruin your life. Cs has much more demand and far better opportunities.

Perhaps, but if you combine ML skills and stats at a masters level without being autistic as the average indian nerd you have much higher chances of success than the typical business school graduate.

I had to come back because I have literally no friends and the lack of socialization was (not kidding) causing me to try to kill myself.

So I'm back, because I am lonely tbh.

All are absolute trash.

Only do something you are passionate about, where you have a vision and purpose to achieve. Those are boring NPC jobs.

If you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

They say The Love of Money is the Root of All Evil because instead of doing something you love or providing service and value, you become a slave to the money which is just a means to an end.

You need to be both passionate AND earn a lot of money

Just research the best paying jobs and you will need these 3 degrees

I just already excluded things i find boring: law, pharmacists and/or are unrealistic to found a scalable business: engineers, pilots, air traffic controllers

Ofc, nowhere did I say money isn’t important, but make lots of money with something you actually love not just something you “don’t find boring”.

Reevaluate yourself as in your desires, interests and passions, if you don’t have one find it.

Algebra can be mechanized unlike calculus which requires math talent. Computer science skills improve as you put more effort. I used to suck at programming (i dont have talent for that) and now i am a very good r programmer and an intermediate python programmer.

unreadable text. youre not going to get any degree if you write like that jfl

the only difficult part of medicine in Australia is actually GETTING IN, because of the competitive component, you're competing against the best of the best in the state. Students have to pass in the 99th percentile in the UCAT test to even enter med school as an undergraduate, along with also having what would be a GPA of 5.5 In the states (ATAR of 97.00 in AUS). Once you're in, it's easy as fuck, just a lot of content to memorize.

97.00 ATAR is like top 8% you need better than that. 99+

Only the menial tasks are getting automated. Quantitative finance, data science, mathematics, statistics, these degrees are in high demand in the finance sector tbh.

I don't know how he has a masters of quant finance from a top university, where he apparently graduate cum laude, and can't get a job. As well as two other degrees. Surely there's jobs out there for him.

Maybe not at one of the top investment banking firms or quantitative trading firms. But there are analyst positions out there, you'd think.
