his gonions have become more masculine but I guess giants only did implants here and he made an excellent job. However his nose was done by probably some other surgeon and he certainly didn't need that nose job.

Giants is actually right and this proves that he is very smart! Some patients go to crazy extents to fix stuff but they end up looking uncanny. You need to know what to fix and where to stop. You need to have a before/after plan. Unless you have a deformed huge crooked nose, man don't really need nose surgery. Nose surgeries are mostly for women who want feminine cute attributes....

In the after pic in OP, note that among other things he got a paranasal implant which often dramatically upturn your nose. That is why his nose changed in OP. He did not have a rhinoplasty during that procedure. Giant informs everyone getting a paranasal implant that they will need a rhinoplasty after it. It should be viewed as a two step process. He has had a rhinoplasty since and looks great. If you consider where he started, it is a very good transformation and it is impressive how natural it looks given all that was done. That photo was also taken not very long after his procedure. But after a procedure with several implants and osteotomies being performed you will be bloated and look abnormal for at least 4-5 months.

I nearly always discourage rhino or increasing nasolabial angle compared to other treatments, also I don't understand why you would want an inwardly curved nose at all, straight is the best for men.

Between the B&A in the photo I posted, he had a poorly done LeFort by a state hospital surgeon that basically obliterated his ANS. That's why his nasolabial angle looks like that.

In the surgery depicted in OP, this problem was remediated with the paranasal implant. Compare his nasolabial angle in the after in OP and the after in the pic I posted. Even there, though, he is still very swollen in the philtrum., which makes your philtrum looks less concave for some time. It looks even better now that it's gone down. I've seen more recent pics of him. No, I can't share.

Once the swelling goes down, with a little bit more chin projection and a staight nose he will look good and gets rid of the femboy look.
After le fort advancement and especially with V-Y closure of the soft tissues the upper lipp will move forward and look more puffy. I guess this guy had paranasal implant to counter that but it made his nose more upturned but this was expected. I wonder if he would have needed the implant if he had sub spinal osteotomy, which means the you can move the spina nasalis individual of the maxillary segment.
