- EAT 5-6 grams of carbohydrates per lb of bodyweight
- If caloric surplus gets too difficult include mk677 into this routine
- HGH before bed paired with a carb source to promote muscle development and igf signaling during sleep
- If proper execution is done no AI, will be required to prolong the closing of growth plates as rapid growth is almost guaranteed using this method
