LISTEN THE FUCK UP if you want any chance of escaping hypergamy or just not being a sub 6 foot manlet. I'm an 19M who stands at 6,6 barefoot at 12% BF. This same time last year i was 6,5 45% BF. This being the apex of my bulk and the heaviest I ever was. This wasn't due to any lack of discipline, in fact it was the contrary. This was a weaponized ascension.


THE TRUTH
The media in recent years tends to demonize carbohydrates, despite them being the secret behind a truly perfectly executed ascension. I personally recommend eating 5g of carbs per lb of bodyweight. This is because carbohydrates are the best and most effective way to spike your insulin , spiking your insulin leads to your body synthesizing GLYCOGEN, What mechanism directly works for recruiting more motor units?, GLYCOGEN. What mechanism assists with hypertrophy the most? GLYCOGEN. Spiking insulin additionally causes your pituitary gland to secrete more systematic IGF-1, leading to even more muscle mass development As well as vertical growth. Using this to your full advantage no dietary restrictions will need to be made (whole foods are cope). Everything will go fine along as you're eating carbohydrates in the proper ratios. Some may argue that this would lead to excessive weight gain during development. But this in fact is not an issue whatsoever and it's a mandatory obstacle to endure if your goal is to bonemassmaxx and heightmaxx. You can always lose the weight, but once youre out of development you'll never be able to gain any more height or worse.... Bonemass.

MY ADVICE BASED OFF MY RESEARCH
  • EAT 5-6 grams of carbohydrates per lb of bodyweight
  • If caloric surplus gets too difficult include mk677 into this routine
  • HGH before bed paired with a carb source to promote muscle development and igf signaling during sleep
  • If proper execution is done no AI, will be required to prolong the closing of growth plates as rapid growth is almost guaranteed using this method
  • Don't worry about BF% until you're fully done with puberty, trying to leanmaxx prior will only result in you leaving bonemass gains and height gains on the table.
  • If for some reason you're worried about insulin resistance you can bypass any effects by simply eating more carbs, this will be more then easy with the help of MK677.

You should have mentioned the importance of DNA methylation, B vitamins and melatonin, etc.
