TL;DR: Peptide serum grows the roots; Blue-Black tint reveals the tips; Lumify cleans the sclera for max contrast. Contrast is the ultimate multiplier for the upper third research by me translated by AI

Most beginners obsess over eye shape while ignoring Contrast Value. Even the best "Hunter Eyes" look weak if the lashes and brows are translucent.

To achieve a dominant, high-definition look, you must increase the Inter-Ocular Contrast—the dark frame of the lashes and brows against the sclera (white of the eye) and skin.

Follow this exact stack to reveal hidden length and lock in a permanent "Slayer" gaze.

Phase 1: The Follicle Fertilizer (Ongoing)
The Problem: Short, sparse, or brittle lashes that fail to provide a "hooding" effect or create a dark "liner" look.

The Protocol:
The Product: Use a Peptide-based Serum (e.g., The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum).

The Logic: Avoid prostaglandin-based serums (like Latisse) to prevent orbital fat loss (hollow eyes) and permanent eyelid darkening.

The Method: Apply a thin swipe exclusively to the upper lash line and lower lash line( where the lash meets the skin) and eyebrows, for eyebrows what I do is to not use the little brush but to use the whole stick so I get money work of the serum then I brush it

The Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks for biological length increase.

Phase 2: The "Light-Canceling" Tint (Every 4-6 Weeks)

The Problem: "Invisible Tips." Your lashes are likely longer than they look, but the tips are blonde or translucent, causing them to disappear against your skin in photos.

The Protocol:

The Dye: Use Refectocil No. 2 (Blue-Black).

The Logic: Standard Black (No. 1) is matte.

Blue-Black (No. 2) creates a glossy, "midnight" depth that absorbs light better, making the lashes look thicker and more "HD."

The Developer: Mix with Refectocil 3% Oxidant (Liquid or cream, I recommend cream since is easier to work with).

The Method: Apply with a clean spoolie or a small brush. Leave on for 10 minutes. Use a barrier (like Vaseline) on the skin around the eye to prevent "Blue-Eye" staining.

The Result: Instant visual length and a permanent "built-in" eyeliner effect that sharpens the eye shape.

Phase 3: The Brow Frame (Optional/Symmetry)

The Problem: Light or "soft" eyebrows that don't provide a strong enough "hood" for the eyes, leading to a "High-Trust" look instead of "Dominant."

The Protocol:
The Tint: Use Refectocil No. 3 (Natural Brown) or No. 3.1 (Light Brown) depending on your hair color.
The Goal: You want the brows to be 0.5 to 1 shade darker than your head hair to increase dominance, but not so dark that they look unnatural.
The Shape: Focus the tint on the Tail of the brow. A dark tail creates the illusion of a more compact, hooded eye area

Phase 4: Sclera Brightening (The Lumify Finish)

The Problem: Bloodshot or "muddy" sclera (whites of the eyes) that reduces the contrast against the dark lashes/tint.
The Protocol:

The Product: Lumify (Brimonidine Tartrate 0.025%).

The Logic: Unlike older redness relievers (Visine) that cause "rebound redness," Lumify selectively constricts venules, making the eyes incredibly white without the crash.

Usage: Use one drop per eye. It takes effect in 60 seconds and lasts up to 8 hours, if you wear contacts take them out then apply it.

Side Effects/Safety: Limit to once a day. Overuse can cause dryness, irritation, or blurred vision. Do not use if you have glaucoma or a history of high eye pressure.

The Result: Creates a high-contrast "pop" that makes the iris color stand out and the lashes look darker.

Though u misspelled, I mean u get to work with what u have, I'm very lucky my eyes are blue and I also wear contacts to see which makes them even bluer since the lense is blue so it's easier to manage

Latisse (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution 0.03%) is an FDA-approved, prescription-only topical treatment designed to grow, thicken, and darken eyelashes
