This is likely the best guide for puberty if u wanna slay ltbs and maximize your puberty:
Go into a kcal deficit till you‘re like 13%bf (not lower if you do, your testosterone might reduce) and this every summer cuz in summer if you‘re going anywhere they‘ll see your face and body. Then after summer like in autumn you‘ll go into a kcal surpluss abt +300kcal till abt 16-18%bf and then you‘ll cut down again for summer. Don‘t cut for longer than 3months. And while doing this lift wheights, get your macros and everything best ist abt 1.75 times protein than your wheight. So like 60kg times 1.75 =idk. U might slay foids if u have the right genetics if not jfl. BE THE MOST TIME OF THE YEAR IN A KCAL SURPLUS.

Nah man personally I'm at peak puberty and I don't think kcal deficit is good unless you are really fat,your body needs energy to grow

For summer if u wanna slay. if not remain at 18% and watch other dudes be at 13% slay (with genetics)

Aggressive cuts are horrible for your health unless you have passed puberty. No reason to do them, and this whole caloric surplus thing isn't only about proteins, take in account carbs and your mineral profile especially if you do resistance training. Out of the whole gym thing, your diet is the most important for the long run
Healthiest option is to have a balanced diet all year long and it should allow you to build muscle with a small amount of fat tissue which can be reduced trough hitting your cardio
also cardio is really good I don't know why people are rooting against it, maybe one of the most effective methods to reduce fat tissue and leanmaxx

some guys here would go on deficits of 1000 thinking they're doing the best thing here and unlocking this secret way of fast weight loss and leanmaxxing

Exactly man idk why they glazing cut while hating on actual cardio
a small cut with higher cardio is so much better than only the cut
also you get the benefit of higher resistance so you get both a healthy heart and leanmaxxing at the same time
