Go into a kcal deficit till you‘re like 13%bf (not lower if you do, your testosterone might reduce) and this every summer cuz in summer if you‘re going anywhere they‘ll see your face and body. Then after summer like in autumn you‘ll go into a kcal surpluss abt +300kcal till abt 16-18%bf and then you‘ll cut down again for summer. Don‘t cut for longer than 3months. And while doing this lift wheights, get your macros and everything best ist abt 1.75 times protein than your wheight. So like 60kg times 1.75 =idk. U might slay foids if u have the right genetics if not jfl. BE THE MOST TIME OF THE YEAR IN A KCAL SURPLUS.
