I am thinking about under eye and temple fat graft+ cheek lift+ canthoplasty (canthopexy)+ ramus filler and jaw angle implants.

Also my face is asymmetrical as fuck!

I get compliments on my face irl but on looksmax I only get ltns!

Yeah exactly. I will do fat graft for the recessed infras (don’t want to risk un optimal implants). Also want to fill up the temples too.
I had a consultation with an occuloplastic surgeon and he told me to the fat graft first then cantho. He said he can do a combo of couple of procedures.
Small lips is probably because of a small arch. I’d like to do Marpe but I already did bimax (which didn’t make me as forward grown as I want unfortunately and I guess revision is not worth it) so I don’t know if that works after jaw surgery.

I’m 100% sure on doing canthoplasty and already fat graft is scheduled.

Drill bone cantho is permanent whereas regular cantho can relapse depends on the person how weak their tendons are etc

Tripod is usually done together with OBO, it splits ur orbits apart and widens them so u get more IPD and PFL increase

Bro I did bimax a year and a half ago. And my left joint feels awkward. It makes sounds and kinda feels stiff and uncomfortable. I’m worried there is a problem. I’ll meet my doc soon.
But do you have any opinions? What do you think it is? Condyle not positioned right?
I hope i don’t need revision since im really looking for my other hardmaxx surgeries.

Honestly you don’t need all that , if u had a better nose and wider lips you’d look so much better and maybe fillers in (implants better). I wouldn’t get fat grafts/canthoplexy/ramus filler if it was me cuz they look fine . Ur one eye seems negative tilted bc of the eyelashes u rlly don’t need canthop

If it doesnt bother you too much you might be able to do some excerises or maybe a smaller procedure where they out fat or something into the joint to improve the stiffness. Hard to say overall, get a mri. Also you need to compare ct from before and after to see if changes happens

How is the bite ? Can just be some remodeling. I mean for you to redoo the surgery it must be serious and tmj issues doesnt really gets fixed from that unless ghe condyle is totally out of position. Since you can open mouth good it might be fine
