Modafinil is too weak in my opinion, it's good for focus but won't get you the same benefits as adderall, look up m'y guide if you wanna prevent tolerance and addiction

Well psychosis is a temporary state where you lose touch with reality(eg : paranoia). It mostly happens because of retarded dosages and a bit of genetics sometimes(schizo or BPD). Most of it is relatively fine as long as you're not a dumbass.
