This is completely anecdotal and is based on my evidence but considering the circumstances, will likely aid YOU as well in your journey to becoming socially adept. Also terribly formatted. Rem

1. General Speaking: The Cash Register Method
All you really need to do is find a job where you speak to people a lot, preferably at a gas station, as it is one of the easiest social jobs to get.
Apply for the job and just focus on talking to people at the cash register. It doesn’t have to be a massive conversation; just stick to simple small talk. Some people will actually spark up a conversation with you first. After two months of working at 7-Eleven as a summer job, I returned to school this Monday decamogging all my socially awkward friends.
Obviously, awkward situations are still going to happen. However, you will find it much easier to navigate those moments and hold down a normal conversation. Facing that constant rush of customers stops you from spouting nonsensical things you'll immediately regret. You learn how to handle fast-paced interactions so that instead of freezing up like a Flintstone, you actually know what to say. Just take a second to think before you talk.

2. The Mindset Shift: The "Customer Service" Cheat Code
Once you work a register, you realize something huge: Nobody is thinking about you as much as you think they are.
At a gas station, you see hundreds of people a day. Some are weird, some are rude, some are cool. Five minutes later, you forget they ever existed. School is exactly the same. If you stutter, say something a little awkward, or drop your pencil, people will forget it by next period.
Stop treating every social interaction like a high-stakes performance. Treat it like you're standing behind the counter, be polite, stay detached from the outcome, and just keep the energy moving.

3. Speaking to Women: The 3-Second Rule
To high-inhibition guys, girls can feel completely alien. YOU ARE GOING TO BE SCARED. This is 100% normal, so please do not get inside your own head overthinking about how nervous you are.
BE CONFIDENT. Even if you think everyone can tell you are faking it, project confidence anyway. It doesn't matter if your face gets red, if you get sweaty, or if you think you aren't the best-looking guy in the room, commit to it. Be confident in your body language (which is a massive helper), be confident in your tone of voice, and be confident in your actions.
If you want to get better at speaking to women, JUST DO IT.

I guarantee you will find out it is not nearly as hard as you think. The number one mistake people make is overthinking. Use the 3-second rule: when you are thinking about talking to a girl, if you hesitate for longer than three seconds, either do it or don't. Do not sit there second-guessing yourself, because overthinking is almost always a trap. If you've thought about it for three seconds and your gut says to go for it, commit fully. If your answer is no, leave it alone and move on.

4. Body Language Hacks: Fake It Until You Internalize It
You can trick your brain into being lower inhibition just by changing how you stand. High-inhib guys try to make themselves invisible. Low-inhib guys take up their natural space.
  • Fix your posture: Keep your shoulders back and down. Keep your chin up. Looking at the ground while walking instantly signals to everyone (and your own brain) that you are anxious.
  • Controlled eye contact: When talking to someone, look them in the eyes. If you need to look away, look to the side, never look down at the floor. Looking down makes you look submissive; looking to the side just means you're thinking.
  • Uncross your arms: Keep your hands out of your pockets and your arms uncrossed. Open body language automatically makes you look more approachable and confident.

5. Handling Rejection: The Ultimate Low-Inhib Test
If you start talking to girls and putting yourself out there, you will get rejected. It is a mathematical certainty. Even the highest-tier guys get rejected.
The difference between a socially adept guy and an awkward guy is how they handle it:
  • The Awkward Way: Getting visibly upset, arguing, getting defensive, or whining to your friends. This ruins your reputation instantly.
  • The Low-Inhib Way: Shrugging it off. If a girl says she has a boyfriend or just isn't interested, literally just smile and say, "Your good."
When you handle rejection smoothly, you actually win. People see that you aren't easily shaken, which makes you look incredibly high-value and mature.

6. Getting a Girlfriend: Targeting & Social Circles
Think about this carefully: What type of girl do you actually want to be with?
  • If you want a girl who keeps to herself and doesn't go out much: Look for her in low-key places where people focus on hobbies or personal goals rather than purely socializing.
  • If you want a girl who goes out and parties a lot: You need to go to parties and build connections with the outgoing, popular crowd.
It sounds obvious, but a lot of guys who want a specific type of girlfriend end up looking in places that attract the exact opposite type of person.
Finally, DO NOT ASK TO BE "PUT ON" UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Relying on people to force an introduction for you usually backfires, and you can end up entangled with toxic drama. Let things happen naturally. Take the first step yourself, or create the space for them to come to you naturally.

7. How to Text Girls Without Being Dry
Once you get a girl's number or social media, the hardest part is over but you can easily kill the momentum if you text like a robot. High-inhib guys overthink every syllable, wait hours to reply on purpose to "play games," or send boring, repetitive messages. Low-inhib guys let it stay calm and engaging.
Here is how you text to keep her interested without looking desperate:
  • Stop treating her like a celebrity: The number one rule is to talk to a girl you like the exact same way you talk to your friends. Most people hear this and either think one, that they need to have no filter and let anything come out of their mouth, or two, they overthink and put a filter over their lips and end up killing they convo.
  • Never send dry openers:Never start a conversation with just "Hey," "Hi," or "What's up." It gives her absolutely nothing to work with. Instead, open with something specific or funny.
    • Bad: "Hey"
    • Good: "What did Ms. --- ask us to do for homework?"
    • Good: "Tell me you actually finished that insane history assignment because I'm struggling"
  • Match and mirror the energy: If she sends you paragraphs, you can send paragraphs. If she sends short, quick texts, keep yours short and quick. If she leaves you on delivered for an hour, do not double-text. Just go do something else, live your life, and reply whenever you get around to it.
  • Get off the screen: Texting should be used to set up real-life interactions, not to be pen pals for six months. If the back-and-forth text energy is good, pivot to a phone call, a FaceTime, or straight up invite her to hang out in person.
8. Voice & Video Calls: How to Build Attraction Over FaceTime or Phone Calls
Once you transition from texting to an actual call, you are in the big leagues. FaceTime and phone calls are the absolute closest thing to hanging out in person, which means they are the ultimate tool for building real attraction. Locker fuel guys freeze up because they treat calls like a formal interview, pacing around their room trying to think of the next word. Adonis understands that the vibe and the energy matter way more than the exact words spoken.
Here is how you handle voice and video calls like a natural:
  • The Low-Inhib Baseline: Speak using a calm, deep, and steady tone. Don't rush your words or try to fill every micro-second of silence with nervous chatter. Maintain a solid, monotone baseline but let your natural emotional fluctuations show when you're laughing or joking around. It shows you're entirely comfortable in your own skin.
  • Orchestrate the Environment: If you're on FaceTime, don't just stare blankly into the front-facing camera with bad lighting. Put the phone down, lean back, and stay relaxed. You can even have the call going while you're doing something low-key, like organizing your room or setting up your desk. It subverts the high-stakes pressure and shows you have an active life outside of just staring at her.
  • Group to One-on-One Pivot: Group calls are a great, low-pressure way to build a shared history. If you are on a group FaceTime with mutual friends, pay attention to her, joke around, and match her energy. Once a solid inside joke or a high-energy moment happens, you can naturally pivot that momentum into a private text or a one-on-one call later on.
  • Embrace the Silence: Awkward silence is only awkward if you make it awkward. If the conversation pauses, don't panic or start spouting random filler sentences. Showing that you are perfectly comfortable sitting in silence for a few seconds projects massive confidence.
  • Always End on a High Note: Don't let the call drag on until you both run completely out of things to say and it gets stale. The moment the energy peaks and you've both had a massive laugh, wrap it up.

By now, you've went from High Inhibition, Neurodivergent locker food, to Low Inhib, Neurotypical Adonis.

i lowkey lost motivation like at 6 so if it falls off thats y.

well at some point i gotta be realistic. it's impossible to fraud being retarded. besides, half the time i can't even tell if i'm doing stupid shit or not until i think about it later

then stop thinking. i think that was my biggest problem was that i kept thinking and stopped doing. like i said just do it. if you have to be nonchalant then do that. honestly i should make a separate guidefor ppl who are introverted or need to fraud introversion for high inhib.
