Alrighty ya fat cucks, you don’t wanna be fat anymore for the 4rth of July when u get to take ur shirt off and show all the Stacie’s. But you are still fat and kinda chubby. Well let’s break that fat off and not bust ur bank ( Jews didn’t pay ya yet).
If you wanna slay before summer, here is the stack ya wanna run.
14 week cycle
(300-350 Test/ Week)
(4-6iu HGH/ day )
(10-30mg Cardarine/day)
Heart health
(40 mg Telmisartian)- BP and kidneys, gauge blood pressure
(10mg Cialis)- cardio protective, pumps are great, dirt cheap, BP also. Also good for libido if u add Dut or Fin
(81mg Baby aspirin)- anti-platelets, blood thinner, don’t need it everyday if u keep platelets in check and hemocratic in check( stay hydrated) if you do take it take it at night away from working out just so u don’t get bleeding or bruising
(10mg Eztembide)- Lipids, helps with cholesterol reabsorption in the small intestines, def will help with ur LDL, not much on HDL (add a low dose statin for that or Red rice yeast, although Cardarine may help enough already)
(100-300mg CoQ10)- Mitochondria run on this and HGH and Statins deplete it and it’ll nuke ur cardio if u don’t supplement it while on those.
(3+ grams fish oil)- very essential for fluid membranes, will help with androgens sensitivity too, help with lipids, also slightly help with blood thickness. Very good supplement for the heart. Also great if you eat a lot of fish and get urs from there. Either way you should be throwing in a few extra grams a day.
Skin and Hair
So no, your hair won’t just fall out on this, get a grip on reality son and stop fear mongering that. Also no, don’t take a gram of Dutasteride a day, if your over 18 do use some Dut of Fin tho. If your under 18 maybe just use RU-58841, it’s not needed but will help some. Also, don’t use accutane on cycle. Better to throw in a topical retinoid. And unless ur prescribed it or if you look like a pepperoni pizza u don’t need it I’ll just add more liver and lipid stress which u want to avoid on cycle.
You can also use some of these products
(Oral minoxidil)- keep it at 2.5mg a day, will help with ur mogger lashes and will also make hair thicker. Drives blood flow to hair follicles. The bloat is only from like 5+ mg a day, most people have no problem from 2.5mg a day
(Latisse)- great hair product, just keep away from the lashes or u will fuck the fat around ur eyes. Also helps pigment the hair you apply to. Great topical solution. Lots of clinical studies too. Very safe as long as u just use on brows and temples.
(Trentoin or Tazaratone)- both are great topical retinoids although Tazaratone mogs tretinoin fs. They do what retinoids do, collagen synthesis helps with skin shit and will clear up some mild pimples.
Or just use accutane if u need it that bad, most don’t though. If u use Dut and Fin u will also have no need for accutane or any retinoid because DHT is what drives the sebum in the first place.
Also, just don’t eat like shit all the time and keep a good skin care routine like washing and moisturizing and use a good face mask every now and then.
Also keep your e2 at a good level, not too high and not too low but at a good range for u. Estrogen has beauty benefits as well as neuroprotection and cardio protection.
Other supplements
(3,000-10,000iu D3)- great cheap ass add on, will help all of ur endocrine functions and just great overall for ur health. Helps bone development. Not much more to say, no reason not to use it.
(30-100mcg K2)- same as D3, also a natural blood thinner and helps blood coagulate if you get cut. Most come in a mix with D3+K2 but most are shit, find one that has a 1:1 ratio of D3+K2. Pretty cheap as well.
(3-200mg Melatonin)- helps with sleep, stim abuse and also a great nuero anti oxidant. Use in moderation, also try out mega dosing it, some get groggy in the morning, but some will reap the benefits. Experiment and see what works for you.
(600-1,800mg NAC)- pre-cursor of glutathione. Great anti-oxidant for liver if u run anavar. Glutathione is also a great antioxidant, if you use Glutathione just pin it and do like 750-1,500 2-4x/ week. NAC is great tho and pretty cheap anyway if u don’t wanna use Gluathione. Just keep away from workouts and split up NAC into 600mg 1-3x/day for best results.
(10-50mg DHEA+Pregenlone)- These are gonna be ur nuero steroids. Your body makes them but when u get on Roids it stops so u gotta supplement them. They are great nuero protection and if u use roids or even an Ai without them u will feel like shit mentally. Take my advice and spend the extra $30 for them so u don’t feel like killing urself or feel confused all the time. They are awsome sauce, just don’t mega dose them but u should be fine.
(200-400mg Magnesium Glycinate)- Great for brain health, involved in over 200 body processes, very cheap and you can’t go wrong with it at all. Get a good quality brand too. My sleep has improved with this and melatonin.
(B-Complex)- can’t go wrong and it fills in the gaps for anything ur missing water soluble vitamin wise. Just take one in the Morning, no need to have it with food. Also take one mid day. You will piss neon, that’s just the natural color of the vitamin so no need to worry, nothing is wrong if ur piss looks like Gatorade.
(Tudca)- precursor to bile. Bile is a liver antioxidant. Must have if u run Anavar and will take ur ALT and other liver markers down a lot. Great supp to run. Can be a bit expensive but u should never cheap out with ancillaries. Also u could run milk thistle or UDCA but Tudca is way better than either but those are options as well.
(Arimidex or any other Ai)- honestly don’t need this one unless ur e2 gets far out of the 20-50 range. This is what I like mine at but everyone has their prefecnses. Don’t start arimidex from the jump tho. See how ur bloods are and go from there.
Also, run 200-250mg Test as a cruise after until u decide u wanna blast something else again. Also do a detox while on Test cruise every once and a while just so that u don’t fuck up ur body too much.

- This is very optional, don’t need it a lot just helps be more veiny and dry and is great with the lifts, if you do run it just throw it in for the last 6 weeks of the 14 week blast, I’m personally gonna run it but it’s 100% up to you. Will help burn visceral and SUB-Q fat. If you do run it split it between AM and Mid day
- This will suppress appetite via inhibiting grehlin, help with health inicators and will help with lipids. Great add on if u can afford some on top of the stack buts its optional and make sure u don't crash ur appetite.
