I'm a fresh graduate from medical school in New Zealand, and have just finished specialist training to become a general practioner.

Yeah hey, I cowrote a paper on the effects of cardio, and we found that it was actually benifcal for body composition, so on a bulk aim to do 30-60 mins of light heart rate zone 2 cardio, basically you should be able to talk confirtably.

not everyone can have hollows it’s mainly due to bone structure and fat distribution
I still have hollows when i’m at 20% bodyfat
my friend at 10% does not
