First and foremost, I will kill the derm who prescribed me accutane. Not kidding

Here is my hair exactly 3 months ago-

Here is my hair now-

my current stack is 20mg tofacitinib a day. This may or may not stop the shedding. I believe accutane triggered "lichen planopilaris" a scarring form of alopecia. This means the hair that is currently gone MAY NEVER COME BACK.

I laugh at those who go on accutane after reading my posts. You have NO respect from me.

Perhaps, but I will have no hair on the side of my head. The real issue is that my eyebrows and eyelashes are also diffusing. I genuinely have no other option than suicide, I've just accepted it at this point. My type of hairloss has no cure if I'm not mistaken

Pretty much it.
Keep it short and make sure I am physically built so it doesn't look like im a cancer patient again.
If you wanna buzz you can't be skinny
My hair has improved and even more with the current prescription minox + red light im ussing
Other than that all I can cope is by thickening enough hair on the sides so that I can wear a hair systems on the top and not make it look off

Bruh yes I have, the shedding started due to accutane like 8 months ago, hasn't stopped. Finasteride doesn't help

it is known that once you start finasteride you lose a shit ton of hair before you notice it growing back. It doesn't happen from day to night. Just like what you most likely experience with accutane. First your skin gets even worse and only after a while, better. Accutane can fuck your hair quality but it's not going to make you bald
