I dont believe in subliminals but I remember one day I listened to subliminals for height growth and I legit felt pain in my legs, but it was probably just placebo. Its still kinda weird tho. I stopped because I cant believe in such superstitions, but im thinking about listening subliminals for lower inhibition and less anxiety, cause I believe those could be cured with placebos

It's documented that sanskrit chants legit increase IQ and I unironically believe your emotions have an effect on your bone structure. Like if cortisol enlarges your amygdala, it probably does something to your face and frame too. But no I dont. believe subliminals can change your eye color, but I actually do believe listening to them over the years might make a 10% difference in bone structure
