Anything can be made popular tbh, enough demand will eventually force a creation of supply. We had these highly educated doctors in a respectable field who basically turned into a monopolist maffia the way they own and control the surgery traffic coming from this site and community. But yes, it’s still absurd to see them entertain these ideas with a straight face, money can really turn anyone into a dancing monkey (even for just a short time)
