yeah do it on your upper waterline. any dark brown eyeliner you can find at the drugstore is fine. i think you need makeup remover to take it off though. also doing it on your lower waterline makes you look more emo/starts to have a more niche appeal and you'll lose respect amongst men, so id recommend doing only the upper waterline along with clear mascara on your lashes and curling them. for application you can find tutorials on youtube easily. good luck bhai.
