lifestylemaxx for an increase in test for an increase in bonemass and density but if your not in mid puberty that would be why your face is soft personally i like to do a mixture of "cope" and "fraud" techniques which would hard mew but still be able to breath, jut slightly forward, bring your lower jaw down abit so your teeth wont touch and suck your cheeks ever so slightly its unoticable and get rid of the glasses for contacts and thats really it (more bonemass, get rid of glasses, fraudmaxx) ima guess you're barely touching puberty and have no acne so yeah thats really it
