guys how do i fix my sleep schedule?

ive been sleeping for 4-5 hours for a few months now, always mispronouncing the words or struggling with them. Feels like im dying ngl. So disgusting

Take melatonin and ashwaganda before sleep but still has to be at a good time like 10:30 or 11 pm

nigga suggesting drugs instead of telling him to sleep more :lul::lul:
It’s an over the counter sleeping aid, clearly he’s trying to sleep more so telling him to sleep more is fucking useless.
 
. Don't eat 2 hrs before
.don't drink 1 hr before
.Make sure you eat healthy get atleast a bit of your micronutrients
. Get tired during the day and do some sport
. Try walking atleast 10k steps
I did only these 5 and managed to go from sleeping from 5-6-7 AM
to 11-12 PM/AM
I manage to sleep 7 hours atleast
Were days where i slept 10 too cause of past insomnia
Which in a week already improved my coloring, I also used castor oil on my undereyes, I recommend it if you have nothing else.
Also try mitigating your blue light exposure after 6 PM

you dont have a good way of taking responsibility, you know you can just stay up when you want, ask your parents beg them tell your problems that its so hard to just do anything with low sleep etc
