My plan is to eat 3k cals 200 gms protein
Daily
Also it's Ramadan so what I do is
Eat 6 eggs 3 breads and 500 gm yogurt which is approx 1k cals before fasting
Then after fast I eat
250 gms chicken with any carb source like bread or noodles and fruits
Then at night 250 gms chicken and rice
Sometimes I replace chicken with beef liver
