guys i need help dosing and reconstituting reta

so i ordered 20mg reta vial and 10ml of bac water but i legit dont understand the whole reconstituion process and where to draw to etc

i have 30g 8mm u100 needles

so i intend to start on 1mg of reta, how much bac water is that, ive heard its 1ml to 1mg, so i put 1ml of bac water in the reta vial, let it sit and then draw to 1 unit, which is 1mg, am i correct or not???

also if i intend to up the dose how do i go about doing that, do i need to add more bac water, or simply draw to 2 units insead for 2mg of reta???
