guys i need help to maybe lie to my orthodontist.

so im talking to an orthodontist at the end of this year or start of next. i wanna have my maxilla expanded with mse and then hopefullly a bimax. Getting the MSE will hopefully be easier since i have trouble sleeping bcuz of stuffed nose ( because of narrow maxilla blocking my airways). My question is, does anyone think that they will check my airways first and then give me MSE. Because i fear that my symptoms are not enough to qualify me for any of these. I wanna ask if someone in this forum has had MSE and or bimax, and can tell me what they check before qualifying you for the procedure. Because if there is something that im missing im willing to lie to get these surgeries. Btw i have free healthcare and that is why i wanna lie, to hopefully get all of this for free hahaha.

The most obvious cases for bimax are severe maxillary recession, Angle Class III malocclusion, and severe sleep apnea (which you already seem to have but a mild one). You could exaggerate the fuck out the sleep apnea to be considered a possible candidate for orthognathic surgery
