Basically when your talking to someone or before you talk to someone and your nervous or whatever. Dedass just pretend they have autism. Because then for you it’s like I don’t have to really act a certain way or talk a certain way because autistic people like are just autistic if you get me so yeah. Thinking that actually helps a lot. So the next time your about to confront someone, pretend in your head that this person has autism or even sever autism and that should help you feel a little bit less stressed if you get me.

I can hold eye contact pretty much the entire conversation but what makes me appear underconfident is the way I remain silent for most of the time or how I choose to speak less

That’s very true. But a way to fix that is due to the fact the person has “autism” you autocorrect choose what’s awkward etc. you have the power in conversation because the other person is autistic etc.
