Basically when your talking to someone or before you talk to someone and your nervous or whatever. Dedass just pretend they have autism. Because then for you it’s like I don’t have to really act a certain way or talk a certain way because autistic people like are just autistic if you get me so yeah. Thinking that actually helps a lot. So the next time your about to confront someone, pretend in your head that this person has autism or even sever autism and that should help you feel a little bit less stressed if you get me.
