guys is it over if you have low set cheekbones

well my chekbones are low set around 70% setness is it over for me the thing is my cheekbones are kinda prominant but just low set i need help what ccan i do
is it over should i just give up on looksmaxxing and also can someone tell me ever major flaw that needs surgical fixing
