you could get some infra orbital implants to sort of give the look that your face isnt sunken in and the zygos arent as low as they look

Eye area is problematic imo, IPD is a little short but your NCT is main issue, canthoplasty for that ig, orbital box osteotomy for IPD but its extremely invasive and meant for bludgeon victims, you'll just have to live with it.
