My ortho saying me to get 4 tooth extracted i asked for palate expansion they said it won't work and then I said for marpe they said you might have very have effect of it pls help me

extraction is the literal last thing you'd want. depending on how old you are really. I'd say if you're still developing, you should either WAIT for jaw surgery to fix your mandible recession, or try for a herbst appliance. the issue with that is the anchor to pull the mandible forward is the maxilla, so naturally this can lead to slight recession. your BEST bet aesthetically is getting surgery, but I'm not an expert so maybe there's something else out there for you, this is just my honest opinion.
