I don’t even think that these foids got botched, they just did surgeries that they didn’t need and realised that they lost money.

Same for the result posted by op, the guy is an absolute retard that had too much money to spend and didn't even bother to research about the surgeries that could ascend him. He needed infras and supras or a fat graft, not this.

Youre right except you forgot Giant Implants is unironically the only exception:

NO ONE else has ever delivered aesthetic brow ridge results.
I spent the last 5 years refining it. Who can possibly catch up? No one.

He got botched bc he did not come to Giant. Plain & simple.

Because I invented drop down Supras 5 years ago and he didnt come to Giant. They did not exist before Giant whatsoever.

If you want things invented by Giant (which there are many) to be done properly how about come to who developed & refined it in the first place?

At some random surgeon yes. Not at the only service in the world focusing on only that for the last 5yrs.

Extremely impressive results through odd osteotomies and implants ARE possible, but only at Giant. Things can also go wrong too, about once or twice a year someone gets a bad outcome here. Very good statistics compared to any competition.

And there are many results available for viewing on zoom to speak to that.

Not really.

But for facial implants the regret rate is about 50% in general. I would know because a majority of my cases are revisions from OTHER services.

For Giant the regret rate is less than 5%. I have only had 2 people take their implants out altogether. Many have come back for refinements, but they come back to me, not go somewhere else.

For the small minority that are truly unhappy - they can complain about it online for eternity. Oh well. Don't talk to me about 2 ppl complaining in 5 years of business out of hundreds of patients and thousands of individual implants. There's more to their stories anyway (Advanced medical risks, asking for unnatural implants, mental illness that became apparent AFTER the surgery.)

At the end of the day I'm the only one to prove niche hardmax surgeries can actually work, over and over and over and over again.

Not how it works. And rhinoplasty has almost a 50% revision rate.

Surgery is not an exact science and if that happened, within a very short time there would be no doctors or weathermen.

Surgery is YOUR risk and whatever consequences are YOUR responsibility. You are informed about the risks and sign that the doctor cannot be held responsible if everything is done properly but things still go wrong (common) - This is the policy at EVERY surgeon in EVERY country. Brutal reality check for you.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

There is no light reflection from implants through skin and there is extremely thick soft tissue coverage in this area.

This rotational forehead flap, which takes a stalk of skin and muscle from the forehead to reconstruct the nose shows the thickness in the brow ridge region is about a CM thick.
